$0 to $1,000,000 in 365 Days!: An Entrepreneur's True Story
Published in Paperback by Wajda Publishing (20 February, 2002)
Author: Robert Wajda
Average review score:

A must have for everyone.
"I could not put the book down. Even if you have little money to spend to start your website business, this book tells you where to apply that money, to achieve the most possible revenue. From naming your company, to listing with search engines for attracting the most customers to your website. THIS BOOK HAS IT ALL."

"I am researching my product in relations to the Internet following the simple steps Robert lays out in his book. Everything is going as Mr. Wajda states. IT is AMAZING.

I highly recommend this book for everyone. Young and old.

CLEAR, CONCISE, VERY NICE!
This author has an easy, relaxed style of writing that really flows. Something new in a "How-to" book.

Mr. Wajda tells it like it is. He is genuine, honest, and firm, giving the reader the best of what he has learned the hard way.

His facts and figures are not like so many "how-to's" which have ones brain swimming with the "mumbo jumbo". Rather he is clear, concise, and speaks from experience with a personal and disarming touch. Nice! Very nice!

A "must" not only for the "want-to-be" millionaire, but for any dear soul who would like to start a simple "Mom and Pop" establishment. Way to go Mr. Wajda!

A BRILLIANT BOOK!!!!!
I absolutely loved it! First of all, the author doesn't write like a shirt
and tie, he writes from the heart and hands, which is where his drive comes
from.

Many young people will need this kind of reading if they are to succeed in
there own life. Many businesses could learn major things even from the
little bits you are willing to share. I will tell you. I don't read "very"
many books. For the simple fact that they are either too much like a
dictionary, very strange, or just boring. It takes a special book with
something I can absorb either intellectually or spiritually and Robert you
give both in this book. I'm not a smart girl. I will admit. However, I am
smart enough to know your going to do better than you think! The only
thing missing is, it could have been a little longer. I am sure you held
out for certain reasons. I truly hope there will be more.

You have a magnetic sense about the way you write. And it plays a HUGE part
in your success, of course along with your knowledge and knows how, etc...
But it is important and it shows. I almost feel I've known you for a long
time just from this book. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Love the cover too...very
eye catching.

I wish I knew someone like you when I had 67-thousand dollars19 yrs ago and
didn't know what to do with it. Long story, but someone like you would have
come in handy. I was too young, all alone and too frightened and ignorant,
so I just did what a high school drop out would do. I survived on some and
banked the rest. Unfortunately, had one of my parents been alive things
might have been different. But see it's a book like this that can change a
person's life and choices. Your book is a real eye opener.

It certainly got me motivated even in the smallest things that I might want
or want to achieve. Excellent Job! I absorbed it all. God Bless!

1,001 Old-Time Garden Tips: Timeless Bits of Wisdom on How to Grow Everything Organically, from the Good Old Days When Everyone Did
Published in Hardcover by Rodale Press (February, 1998)
Author: Roger Yepsen
Average review score:

A Terrific, Highy Useful Book!!
1001 Old Time Garden Tips
I enjoyed this book very much, and find that it is one of those gardening books that I keep going back to for new advice.
What is interesting about 1001 Old Time Garden Tips is that so much of the advice, the tips, so much is old stuff, good old advice that has often been forgotten. I do landscaping, design work, horticultural consulting, and am a garden writer myself ( Allergy-Free Gardening, and most recently, Safe Sex in the Garden ) and I love to have good, solid, informative, well-written gardening books on hand for quick reference.
The longer I garden ( and I've been at it for close to 5 decades now ) the more I appreciate an organic approach. 1001 Old Time Garden Tips: Timeless Bits of Wisdom on How to Grow Everything Organically, from the Good Old Days When Everyone Did, sure has the longest title I ever saw! But it is also a mighty good, easy to follow, highly useful book and if you garden, I'm almost certain you'd enjoy owning it. I know I sure like my copy. The editor for this great collection of useful tips and advice, Roger Yepsen, has done a terrific job.

Full of ideas not easily found in other resource books.
This book is a joy to pick up when you're bored or looking for gardening ideas or help. I especially enjoy the "Strange But True" sections. New and Long time gardeners will enjoy this publication.

A new gardening jewel!
What a jewel! This book is a well-organized, illustrated collection of OLD gardening tips, including everything from herbs to houseplants to lawns to controlling pests. Paragraph-long entries end with their original publication sources--which are almost as interesting as the advice. The suggestions are timeless. I find I "hear" my grandparents' wisdom about plants on every other page. This book will definitely hit my list of favorite books to give as a gift--but I'll always save a copy for myself.

The 10 Day Pure Body Plan
Published in Paperback by Pocket Books (March, 1987)
Author: Leslie Kenton
Average review score:

Great Cleansing Diet !!
I have been using this cleansing diet two or three times a year for about fifteen years now. I have passed it on to many friends who also swear by it. My copy has disappeared and I would really like to have it in my library again. Please! reprint this fabulous guide.

Please publish again!
Yes, I too have found this book to be fantastic and very easy to follow.

I first did the plan after reading an article in UK Elle, towards the end of the 80s, and have been doing it regularly since then (once or twice a year).

In fact I'm doing it again now. But now I don't have the book, it's mostly from memory.

It's a fantastic plan to get energy back (particularly after those sluggish change of season times).

I have found it *the* single most effective way to reclaim my tastebuds, rid myself of bad eating patterns, cut out coffee, alcohol etc for more than just a few days.

So, I can highly recommend it to everyone...just hope they publish it again.

I followed this plan in 1988 and it was the best plan for eliminating sugar, salt and processed foods from your diet.
After 10 days my desire for sugar, salt and processed foods wasgone! I could taste the chemicals that were added to foods - and itwasn't pleasant. Also, I only required about 6 hours of sleep a night (my body no longer needed as much time to recooperate). I had a tremendous amount of energy and felt lighter. Even though this is not a "diet" it is a great basis for beginning a new way of eating. I can't believe it is no longer published. It is short and very easy to follow.

18 Days to Forever
Published in Mass Market Paperback by Commonwealth Publications (February, 1997)
Author: Kevin W. Woodard
Average review score:

I watched this story at it occured,,,,,,
In 1969 and 70, I served as an Army nurse at Ft. Campbell, Ky. I helped care for the author and his "six pack" buddies. Buy the book, then read it when you are all alone and let the emotions that Kevin put into writing this story, flood into your mind. I cried tears that had already been cried, but I also laughed at the way Staff-Sgt. Kevin Woodard, just plain "Pappy" to all of us, told a sad story through humor. I am so very happy to finally know that Pappy overcame his injuries and found the love of his life, "Charlene". And a nurse yet. Buy the book, you won't be sorry..........

Should be required reading in school,,,,
I was a tanker in Vietnam myself. when I first got the book as a gift, I thought, "just what I need, something to bring it all back!" Boy, was I wrong! Yes, it's true it did bring it back, but this guy was straight up about how it was. Yes, I cried some. I saw many a friend hurt or killed. I felt this book was a tribute to all the guys who just did their duty, and were scorned at home for it. It is an emotional book, and it's just too bad this book isn't required reading in the schools. Thanks Sarge, I know it had to hurt to relive this in your mind to write this book. It'd be a GREAT movie.

An opportunity to cry, laught, and feel,,You will care
This wasn't your normal gory war, hero gets hurt book. This was an average guy in bad times. He made me feel the black humor of war. I cried with the author, then felt pride for his game effort. He was strong, weak, and confused by what was happening to him and others. I WAS there with him, feeling with him, what more could you ask from an author. It was great, I read from start to end in one night, I couldn't put it down!

20 Minute Retreats....by Rachel Harris...THANK YOU !!
This precious book is not just another pretty face offering penny candy for a life gone awry. I was dealing with a serious health situation with my son, had disappointments with my birth family....many things building up and nowhere to hide. Well....What can I say...I did hope for some light, some help from this book as the cover alone is promising in this regard with the beautiful water lily inviting one to just turn the cover and get started. And getting started is so easy with the clear and gentle leading by Rachel Harris which is in complete opposition to what actually happens when one does turn past the cover. HEALING begins...soothingly and gently and lovingly. Thank you Rachel Harris for caring enough to share the best with those of us struggling with inner issues. I have just ordered two more copies for my two best friends...It IS that good!

The 90-Day Fitness Journal: Use It ... and Lose It!
Published in Mass Market Paperback by Bradley International, Ltd. (01 December, 1999)
Authors: Mary Ann Geiger and Martha Lundquist
Average review score:

A life changer!
I just bought my third copy! In six months (two 90-day journals) I have lost 35+ pounds, all with the help of this wonderful book. It is very straightforward way to keep track of calories, fat grams, water consumption, and exercise. The calorie and fat gram listings in the back of the book are comprehensive and make using the journal very easy. Some of the recipes are fantastic also. Best of all, the book has a lot of useful information about leading a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Great Journal
I've just started using this journal and it has really helped me stay focused. The book includes great tips, recipes, motivational quotes, and a log for each days food intake that helps you track your calorie and fat grams. It's fairly inexpensive and well worth the money.

30 lbs. lost so far and counting......
I began a reduced calorie and fitness program last year, and used this book to track by daily caloric intake, as well as my exercise program. It worked - I've lost 30 lbs. so far. The journal is very easy to use, and helps establish what your daily calorie goal should be. Two pages are devoted to one day's log. There is a great food index in the back with caloric values including fast food items. There is even a check off system to keep track of water consumption. I recommend this book for anyone looking for a basic journal to log calories and exercise.

911: The Day America Cried
Published in Paperback by Obadiah Press (26 August, 2002)
Authors: Victoria Walker and Tina L. Miller
Average review score:

You need this book!
This book is filled with stories that will definitely make you remeber where you were on that fateful day. The emotions expressed are raw, in depth looks into how Americans as individuals felt about and dealt with this tragedy. This is one of the books you should keep on your shelf for years to come.

Never to be forgotten
I had thought I'd heard and seen all I could stand of the 911 terrorist act. My heart could not take anymore, my soul had cried enough....then I read this book. It was then that I realized my heart needed to take it -- all of it. Or how could I go on? I was foolish to think my soul had cried enough, for there never will be enough tears shed for those who were lost on that day, or for those who had their families brutally ripped apart by senseless acts of hostility. I urge you to read this book and never forget that fateful day, because those who were lost deserve at least that much from us.

A Tragedy that Should not be Forgotten
This beautiful book clearly defines the reasons why September 11 will never be forgotten as it pays a memorial tribute to the victims and families who lost loved ones that day. "Voices of America's Children" is a chapter in the book that shows even the children of America were deeply affected and felt the need to write out their feelings about the heartbreaking event. Executive Director of the Todd M. Beamer Foundation, Doug MacMillan, said, "Although each story is unique, you will be especially touched by the short stories written by the children. Their unique perspective on the events of September 11 reminds us that today's children are tomorrow's heroes, capable of positively impacting our world for the good of others." American will never get over September 11, but this book clearly shows that the victims who died that day did not die in vain, and they will never be forgotten. As editor Tina L. Miller said, "This book was born of a tregedy, but it is offered in the spirit of hope." Victoria Walker, who complied the book, said, "To all the young writers who contributed to this book--Your forthright honesty and emotion is priceless. Never stop reaching for your dreams, never give up hope in America or in your fellow Americans." There are seven chapters and 243 pages of inspiring contributions from the contributors who as Victoria Walker said, "You are the heart of this book." This is not counting the biographical information that is interesting in itself. The stories will awaken saddness, but they will also inspire, encourage, and motivate us all to stand united for the sake of our country, America, the land of the free and the home of the brave! Old Glory yet waves! From children's inspiring, encouraging words to those of adults, let freedom continue to ring with their lasting words of encouragement. As President George Bush said, "Freedom itself was attacked this morning, and I assure you Freedome will be defended." "The Heroes of Flight 93: Interviews with Family and Friends Detail the Courage of Everyday People" begins the book and is one of the most interesting parts of the book written by Kim Barker, Louise Kierman, and Steve Mills with the Chicago Tribune. Proceeds from the sale of the book will benefit the Todd M. Beamer Foundation, and contributing authors unanimously decided to donate any royalities from the sale of this book to the Todd M. Beamer Foundation. My contribution is "911: A Cry for Tolerance," and my website is http://pages.prodigy.net/bud25. My students and I are proud to be part of such a worthwhile cause, and it is a great feeling to know that our writing could contribute to such a great cause.
